We had an amazing time skiing and the location was perfect - just a short walk to the slopes and ski bus stop. the apartment was cosy and clean with a well-equipped kitchen which allowed us to cook our own meals.
The charged extras for bedding, towels and limited internet were disappointing. We also encountered a lack of communication before our arrival and no one there to give us the key.

Perfect location (on the slope), good accessibility (only 15 km of mountains road), clean and well equiped apartment, good quality for a reasonable price.
Kitchen-range working poorly. We managed to make only 3 crepes, when it was overheated :) While booking I odered apartment with two sleeping rooms and that's what I expected. In fact there was only one normal room, another too small to be called a room and without windows, more a niche than a room. I was quite disappointed. Besides that a part of information presented during the reservation was in german.

Location was good. Size of accomodation was good (although we had 6 people in a 8 person chalet). The bread service was an unexpected bonus. Swimming pool was good. Jonathan was very helpful!
Tv should be included in chalet price and noty an extra The offered Wifi was restricted the office area (not in chalet), and only 3 hours a day. The premsies needs a welcoming bar and/or quick restuarant facility. Chalet needs an oven, not just a microwave. Ski cupboard had no lock. Some suspect electric wiring in the hot water tank cupboard The hot water ran out every day. We only had showers x6, so for 8 it would be a concern. It appeared to only heat up once, overnight. Sauna was too expensive.

The hotel's location is perfect for ski enthusiasts, with easy access to both a ski-bus stop and a slope. the rooms are clean and well-equipped, with amenities such as a kitchen and fireplace. Guests can also enjoy a beautiful view from the balcony. the hotel offers a bread service and has a swimming pool.
There is a lack of communication with the hotel representatives, as they do not respond to emails.

The WiFi was only available in Reception. Reception was only open from 8-10.30am and 4.30-8.00pm. The undercover parking was not free.

The hotel's location was excellent, with a slope just a short walk away and a convenient ski-bus stop nearby. The cleanliness of the chalet was impressive, and all the amenities were as described. I particularly loved the small fireplace and the stunning view from the balcony.
All was perfect.

During our new year skiing trip, we enjoyed the fact that we were only a short walk away from the slopes, making it easy to get out there and enjoy the fresh powder. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook up our own meals, and we appreciated the complimentary bread service in the mornings. the views from our balcony were absolutely stunning.
We also found it frustrating that there was no communication before our arrival and no one to meet us to hand over the key. Lastly, the closed pool during our stay and lack of intention to fix it was disheartening.
